"Owning your story is the bravest thing you'll ever do."

What can I expect from therapy?

With a warm but direct approach I encourage a client in their personal growth and development. I utilize an integrative mix of therapeutic modalities, with a strong basis in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused and strengths based theories. This means I tailor sessions to the individual needs of the clients.

My practice interests include:

Individual & Couples Therapy

I am interested in providing assistance to couples/individuals that are seeking sexual and gender identity growth. Areas of interest under this umbrella include working with LGBTQ people, consensually non-monogamous relationships, and I am a kink competent therapist.

Deciding to seek out relationship therapy can be big decision for any dynamic.  I hope to make that journey easier to navigate by helping clients to improve communication, connection, and their sex lives.

I look forward to assisting you in development of goals for your personal and relationship growth.

Payment & Insurance

I know access to good mental healthcare can be hard to come by and strive to make my services more accessible by offering a sliding scale fee. Please email me directly to discuss this more in depth.

Insurance

I am not in network with any insurance plan, however I am willing to assist you with filing claims as an out of network provider. This process can feel daunting but is more straight forward than it sounds. I am happy to help you through the process in a step by step fashion.

Self Pay / Fee for Service

The fee for an initial assessment and a 50-minute individual therapy session is $175. The cost for a 50-minute relationship therapy session is $225. When working in relationship sessions with more than 2 partners, both the time and cost of sessions will need to increase to assure that all parties can participate.
I can provide you with a superbill so that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits. The process of submitting the claim on your own is fairly easy with most insurance companies and I am willing to walk you through how do this.

Please note that some insurance companies may not pay for couples or sex therapy
